The Cold Case Justice Initiative

The Cold Case Justice Initiative from Syracuse University’s College of Law is giving family members a second chance at justice once crime cases are closed and considered “cold.” The FBI and the U.S. Justice department have now made it a priority to investigate 100 civil rights era cases and the CCJI is stepping in to support them.

Host George Kilpatrick is joined by CCJI co founder professor Paula Johnson from the Syracuse University College Law as they discuss the initiative and some of the cases they’re re-opening.
