There are many who argue that the  arts represent a critical part of robust healthy community economically and culturally.  Recently headlines of the fiscal crisis of the Syracuse Symphony give a perception that  the arts overall could be in trouble. How does the region find the funding to keep the arts healthy when money is tight?
